Mini Smoked Salmon Bagel Grilled Zespri® Gold Kiwifruit Cream Cheese Snow Pea Tendril


  • 1 side of salmon
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 200g salt
  • bunch of dill
  • 25-30 mini bagels
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 10 Zespri Gold Kiwifruit
  • snow pea tendril

Serves: 50-60 mini bagels
Prep Time: 12 hours



  1. This is a dish that is using fresh ingredients that complement each other, the salmon is lightly cured overnight using salt, sugar and dill

  2. It is then washed and sliced paper thin

  3. The bagel is cut in half then layered with cream cheese, grilled kiwifruit and salmon. The snow pea tendrils are placed on top before serving
