Pita Packs

If mum makes boring sandwiches, you could always give her this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 peeled and sliced Zespri® Kiwifruit
  • 1 medium sized pita bread
  • ½ cup salad greens
  • 2 – 4 slices of ham or cold meat

Serves: 1 – 2

Directions

  1. Cut the pita bread in half. Fill both halves with ½ cup lettuce, 2 peeled and sliced Zespri® Kiwifruit, 2 – 4 thin slices of ham or cold meat.

  2. Add a little bit of mustard.

  3. Start eating!
