Yoghurt Whip

If you love yoghurt, this is for you!!


  • 1 large Zespri® Kiwifruit
  • ¼ cup low fat plain yoghurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 2 – 3 ice cubes

Serves: 1

Yoghurt Whip


  1. Take the skin off one large Zespri® Kiwifruit and blend in a blender.

  2. Remove the seeds using a sieve. Add ¼ cup of low fat plain yoghurt, a ¼ cup of milk, 2 teaspoons light brown sugar and 2 – 3 ice cubes in the blender and mix everything together.

  3. Best eaten with a teaspoon as an after school snack.
