Zespri® Kiwifruit Pudding

Smooth yogurt pudding with soft pleasant taste contrasting to the sweet and sour flavour of low-sugar kiwifruit jam.


  • ½ measuring cup of yogurt
  • ½ measuring cup of low-fat fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet artificial sweetener
  • ½ tablespoon gelatin

Kiwifruit Jam Recipe

  • 2 Zespri® Green Kiwifruit, blended
  • 1 packet artificial sweetener

Serves 7

Zespri® Kiwifruit Pudding


  1. Mix the fresh milk with yogurt, then put it on heat and stir it well.

  2. Mix the sugar with gelatin; then slowly pour it into the milk and yogurt and mix them together.

  3. Cook over low heat and stir until all ingredients are well mixed.

  4. Turn off the heat and add artificial sweetener. Stir until all mixtures are well mixed (can add food colors as desire).

  5. Pour into the glasses or moulds prepared and chill them for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with kiwifruit jam as desire.
