Zespri® Kiwifruit Soya Bean Pudding
Improvise Soya Bean Pudding with a twist, instead of eaten with sugar syrup, fresh blended green kiwifruits are used. The whole combination gives you a refreshing feel.
- 45g soy milk powder (instant)
- 15g instant creamer
- 12g sugar
- 350ml hot water
- 5g gelatin powder
- 1 Zespri® Green Kiwifruit (mashed or blended)
- 1 Zespri® Gold Kiwifruit (mashed or blended)

In a medium sized bowl, mix soy milk powder, creamer, sugar and hot water. Whisk them until fully combined.
Add in the gelatin powder.
Strain mixture and pour into individual pudding jar or glass.
Refrigerate them for a minimum of 1 hour.
In the meanwhile, use hand blender to squash the kiwi into puree separately. Set aside.
To serve, put the kiwi puree into pudding jar layer by layer.
