Zespri® Kiwifruit Stuffed Omelet

Fried tender ground chicken with 3 colors vegetables which wrapped with soft omelet, serve with hot steamed rice.


  • ½ measuring cup of Zespri® Green Kiwifruit, roughly chopped
  • 20 grams ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 2 tsp seasoning sauce
  • ½ tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tablespoon of green peas, diced carrot, and corns
  • 2 eggs

Zespri® Kiwifruit Stuffed Omelet


  1. Heat the oil; fry ground chicken, chopped Zespri® Green Kiwifruit, onion, green peas, diced carrot, and corns. Season with sugar and seasoning sauce, stir-fry until all ingredients are well mixed. Remove from the stove and leave to cool down.

  2. Beat the eggs until stiff; then heat the oil and pour the eggs into skillet, spread the eggs on the skillets thoroughly in a thin layer.

  3. Wrap the fried stuff with the omelet. Serve with hot steamed rice.
