- 1 Zespri® Green Kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
- 250 ml (9 oz) cranberry juice
- ¼ tsp finely grated root ginger
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Mint sprigs to garnish
Place the Zespri® Green Kiwifruit and grated ginger in a food processor and process until puréed, taking care not to crush the kiwifruit seeds.
Add the cranberry juice and pulse, until mixed. Pour over ice and serve garnished with mint.
